If you are editing a Case Action date (e.g - “Book a Site Visit” or “General Task”) then clicking into the ‘Date’ field to find the correct date can take some time. As an alternative, if you click into the field and then type the date you want using the datetime format, (e.g “27/6/17 13:00”) the calendar will automatically output that date without having to click through to the date needed.
